  • Unworn and Original Condition: Keep your sunglasses unworn and with all tags and labels attached. The color and quantity of sunglasses should match what you received.
  • Inspect Upon Arrival: We recommend carefully inspecting your sunglasses upon arrival. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days.

Easy Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our friendly customer service team within 7 days of receiving your package. Email us at hello@visioonstore.shop with the following information:

    • Order Number
    • Style Number
    • Reason for Return
    • Photos (Required for damaged or defective returns only)

  2. Get Your RMA Number: We'll review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is crucial for your return to be accepted.

  3. Return Your Package: Use the original shipping materials or a sturdy box to protect your sunglasses. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Include a note with your RMA number and ship it to the return address provided. Be sure to share the tracking number with us.

  4. Refund Processing: Upon receiving your return, we'll process it within 7 business days. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued in your original payment method or as store credit.

  • Refused packages, unclaimed packages, and packages returned due to customer errors will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
