- Reason for Return
- Photos (Required for damaged or defective returns only)

Get Your RMA Number: We'll review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is crucial for your return to be accepted.

Return Your Package: Use the original shipping materials or a sturdy box to protect your sunglasses. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Include a note with your RMA number and ship it to the return address provided. Be sure to share the tracking number with us.

Refund Processing: Upon receiving your return, we'll process it within 7 business days. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued in your original payment method or as store credit.
