- Other Regions: Typically 15-18 business days
Please note that delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time. Customs delays, weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

- Metal glasses: Approximately 20-30g
- Plastic glasses: Approximately 20-55g
- TR90 glasses: Approximately 15-30g
6. Incorrect Addresses
Changing your delivery address after placing an order may incur additional fees charged by the delivery company. We cannot guarantee delivery to a changed address. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
7. Logistic Issues
VisioonStore is not liable for packages damaged during transportation. If you receive a damaged package, please report it to the delivery carrier. We are not responsible for issues like mishandling, damage, loss, theft, or disappearance of packages after they leave our warehouse with a valid tracking number. Customers are responsible for all taxes, fees, duties, and customs charges imposed by their local government.
